We may collect and process the following data about you:

Information that you provide by filling in forms on (the “Site”). This includes information provided at the time of registering or requesting further information. If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.  

  1. Where we store your personal data

The organisers will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the Site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

  1. Uses made of the information

The organisers will only use personal information to provide you with services relating to the Site including organisation of the competition relating to the event. Personal information will not be passed to any third parties other than in relation to the management of the event and in relation to any competition prizes, provided by the BOA Cycling Festival.

We use information held about you in the following ways:

To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us. To notify you about changes to our service. To manage the promotion and notification of competition entries and winners.

The data that you have provided will not be used or stored following the completion of any competition prizes.

4.  Entry Systems

All data obtained through Eventbrite will be used in the same way as in Point 3.
